Returns processing
Customer returns are a fact of life for every online retailer, so it’s important the process is as easy, fast and convenient as possible for customers and retailers alike. At Trek Logistics, we provide cartons with double seals, making it easy for customers to return items using the original packing material. We also use carriers who provide multiple drop-off points to ensure customer convenience.
End-of-line management
We have an experienced team who can strip down your unsold products to make them ready for sale into new and/or foreign markets. Not only that, add-on items such as gifts, labels and inserts can be added to the product before being finished and packed ready for shipment.
Debranding

End-of-line stock that cannot be sold should never incur ongoing storage costs to your business. We will alert you to items that have been dormant for some time or have reached the end of their shelf life so that you can decide if you wish to retain or dispose of the stock.
